An amazing experience, Ive never met Canadian doctors with such respect and actual care for people.

I recently had lens replacement sx with Dr. Moddabber. The entire experience from initial assessment to the final result was excellent. Without exception the team was amazing. Friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands throughout and the endresult is that I am free of glasses for the first time in my life. You can trust the team at Herzig.

I went to four clinics in Toronto for a consultation for refractive eye surgery: Herzig, Bouchner, LASIK MD, and TLC Laser Eye Centres. My consultation with Dr. Modabber was informative and it was the only consultation where I met with a surgeon who educated me on the SMILE procedure and how it is less invasive than LASIK. All other consultations only recommended LASIK and I did NOT meet with any surgeons at these clinics. After my consultation with Dr. Modabber, I felt less anxious and decided he would perform SMILE on my eyes. The procedure was quick, it took about 10 min total and I didnt see anything coming or feel anything coming into contact with my eyes. Recovery period was about 3 weeks where I experienced typical side effects like the halo effect on all digital displays and sensitivity to light. Overall, Dr. Modabber is a master of his craft and he did a good job with my procedure. One year later, I went for a check up and it was determined my vision is still good at 20/20. I would recommend Dr. Modabber to any friends or family who are considering refractive laser eye surgery.

i had the smile procedure done in february of this year at Herzig. words cannot express how thrilled i am! being able to see without contacts or glasses is truly one of the best gifts you can give yourself! i am so very grateful for Dr. Modabber staff. thank the universe there are people like him (smart) in this world! he is awesome!!!! i wish i could give him a hug. thank you Dr. Modabber! 🙂
