From consultation to surgery, went well. The team was diligent, polite and overall positive.However, docked one star because the waiting room experience is horrendous. Besides the surgery date, both my consultation and follow up appointments required wait times beyond 1 hour after my scheduled time. I didn't feel my time was being respected.

Dr. Baig and the staff at Herzig are very professional. Because I have a very strong prescription, they had me see a retina specialist first (contrary to 2 other eye surgery clinics who told me I could go ahead). When I was cleared by the specialist, Herzig contacted me to book a surgery date. I felt I was in good hands as they ensured there were minimal risks. I am very happy with the results. I can see without glasses - for me it is a miracle.

Dr. Eubanks and the entire staff treated me with respect and compassion from the first phone call till the moment I stepped out of there with my new fantastic vision. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an amazing medical transformation.
