From A to Z all staff & doctors exceptionally excellent & I did not feel even a needle poke. I think I was on vacation enjoying myself & getting spoiled. Today I did not feel that I did my laser eye surgery. My wife told me to read from far with my right eye and she was impressed I could now read. I have had three laser vision procedures done at HEI and three other family members have had their vision corrected at HEI. We are unanimous in our 110% satisfaction with the results, the care and the compassion shown by everyone at HEI from the receptionist to Dr Herzig himself. I can't imagine anybody doing it better!
