Extremely nervous about my upcoming Refractive lens replacement. So far everyone I have dealt with in my consultation and my pre op appt have been been very supportive and reassuring. Still a little nervous about my upcoming procedure but know I'm in good hands!

Was a wonderful experience, Dr. Herzig and staff were lovely, treated well, worth every dollar and have a great result. Going back for eye number 2.

Excellent service from start to finish. They help calm nerves, offer a pre-massage and cookies/drinks after the procedure (I had the smile technology). Dr. herzig called me when I wanted more information and sat down to answer all of my questions before hand. Now I wish I did this earlier. No more glasses!

Just professional. Everyone I came in contact with there were kind, respectful and clearly educated. I only made one visit here for a check up with my eye doctor. Service aside, the office is beautiful and in a great location in the downtown core of Toronto.
