Can see better now than I did with glasses

I had cataract surgery a month ago with Dr Milad Modabber at Herzig Eye Institute, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. After a detailed consultation, we decided on EDOF premium lenses, and I felt confident moving forward thanks to Dr. Modabbers clear and thorough explanations about the procedure and lens options.From my initial consultation through to pre-op and surgery day, the care and professionalism from the entire Herzig team were outstanding. I was initially nervous about the surgery, but everyone made me feel at ease. The process was seamless, the staff incredibly friendly, and everything was explained to me in detail at every step.The procedure was quick and completely painless. I just loved this place. They were so accommodating. I live in Thunder Bay and our wait time is 2 years for cataract surgery. I still had over a year wait time and was not able to drive after dark this past winter and my vision was horrible. It was all done in 3 days. And everything was so quick. Everyone there is so accommodating and the service is exceptional.

I went for a consultation and Dr Baig presented a few options for me to consider. I told him was impressed with the level of service I received from the time I walked in. Excellent staff.Dr Baig made me feel comfortable, and there was no hard sell, the decision was totally mine.I met with a number of the staff team who were outstanding. The staff made me feel important / welcome and they all thanked me for coming in for the consultation.
