After a frustrating experience at a large eye clinic in Brampton, we moved my partners cataract surgery to Herzig Eye Institute and couldnt be happier.The other clinic felt like a factory assembly linepacked waiting rooms with hundreds of people, multiple unnecessary appointments, and constant pressure to upgrade lenses and spend more money. After four appointments and several half-days off work to drive my partner, we still didnt have a surgery date.Herzig was the complete opposite. From the first appointment, the focus was on patient care, not sales. The process was efficient, professional, and respectful of our time. After one consultation and a follow-up for testing, surgery was scheduled and everything went smoothly.Dr. Barrett Eubanks was exceptionalcaring, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The staff treated my partner like a valued patient, not just another number. They even arranged for follow-up care with our local optometrist since we live a considerable distance away.Today, my partner has 20/20 vision.If youre choosing where to have cataract surgery, Herzig is worth every penny. The cost was comparable to the other clinic, but the experience was worlds apart. Thank you, Dr. Eubanks and the entire Herzig team. Five stars isnt enough!
