I went for a consultation and Dr Baig presented a few options for me to consider. I told him was impressed with the level of service I received from the time I walked in. Excellent staff.Dr Baig made me feel comfortable, and there was no hard sell, the decision was totally mine.I met with a number of the staff team who were outstanding. The staff made me feel important / welcome and they all thanked me for coming in for the consultation. I had a great experience at Herzig Ottawa for ICL surgery. On surgery day, staff were great! Shout out to Daniella for keeping my nerves calm and Dr. Baig did an exceptional job! The entire experience was smooth, I had no pain and no post-surgery complications. I highly recommend him!

A smooth operation from start to finish!

OMG !! I am so amazed when I first went there, I was nervous!! They were very welcoming and didnt judge at all. Very professional and very courteous. They were able to schedule me in within 3 weeks. Very painless, very calming and very professional.I will be back to do my second eye for sure !!
