If you or a family member have a concern, this should be raised directly with the staff caring for you. Our staff may need to escalate your feedback to their supervisor for further intervention or support.

All complaints are investigated thoroughly. During the investigation, our Centre Manager will speak with you about your complaint or offer to meet to resolve your complaint. If a relative or friend wishes to raise a concern on your behalf, we will require written consent from you before we can discuss information related to your care. This is to ensure your confidentiality is protected.

  • Once your complaint is received, you will receive a written acknowledgment.
  • The Centre Manager will carry out an objective and impartial review of the complaint and will respond in writing once they complete their investigation.
  • A face-to-face meeting will be offered to discuss your complaint.
  • If you remain concerned or you are dissatisfied with our response to your complaint, it will be escalated to senior management. 
  • A written response will be provided to you within 10 working days of receipt.
