I went back to Herzig after eight years because one of my eyes needed an adjustment and I couldnt have been happier with the level of customer service. It was covered by the lifelong commitment and I was treated as though I was a brand new customerno difference in service. Other members of my family have gone there, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

I highly recommend Herzig Eye Institute - from the first class facility to the caring, professional staff to Dr. Herzig's experience and calmness - nothing could have been any better!The SMILE surgery was quick (~5 min in total for both eyes), painless and an impressive experience. When I met Dr. Herzig I immediately relaxed and knew I have nothing to worry about.He is very calm and walks you through every single step of the process, amazing! I cannot rave more about my superbe experience with Herzig Eye Institute from beginning to end! The whole team was very professional, accommodating, trusting and you can tell they all genuinely care about their patients.Sophia from the beginning, accommodated my busy travelling schedule, answered all my questions and guided me through the process with such confidence and great detail. My initial assessment by Dr. Jeremy was very thorough, ran all the tests necessary and explained to me the various procedures and which I was a candidate for. SMILE was the best option for me and I am thrilled with the procedure and results. Although, it is on the newer side of procedures, I had zero doubts - it was absolutely painless and fantastic!Dr. Herzig reviewed my eyes prior to surgery, answered any questions, reassured me and performed my surgery with such patience and expertise, he spoke to me throughout the whole experience, you automatically feel confident in his hands. Thank you Dr. Herzig!!Procedure was very quick, all the assistants were very professional and on point, they even tucked me in with a blanket and teddy bear. :)Everything from top to bottom is top notch, starting with the team to the facility to the equipment, to the experience and of course to my VISION!I cannot recommend Herzig Eye Institute and SMILE even more.
