The decision to go to Herzig for my cataract correction was the right one. The team there is very professional. Dr. Modabber is a talented and kind specialist.My initial surgeries, spaced 1 day apart, went very smoothly with instantaneous better vision which improved to even better outcomes within a short time.Two years later, I have just had the YAG laser treatment to get rid of some cell buildup. An easy, in-office treatment.My eyesight is perfect and I am very happy that I am free from the fuss of glasses and contacts. Every morning, I am delighted to see clearly as soon as I open my eyes.

Dr. Barret really did a good job (including all the team in the clinic) he was really attentive and friendly. The process with my lasik surgery was fast, and it healed really fast. All the clinic was really professional also with the follow up. It would be really nice if the clinic give you two eye drops instead of one (i saw someone commenting the same) but overall I will recommend this clinic and my doctor. 🙂

I recently had eye surgery with Dr. Barrett Eubanks at Herzig Eye Institute, and I am extremely happy with the results. My vision is now clear and sharpI can see small details that I couldnt see before, and I no longer need reading glasses. On Aug 14 my first visit to Herzig Eye Clinic.. the clinic is on the second floor of 150 Bloor St W, it is big and spacious, with a large TV screen in the middle of the reception area, showing the clinics information. Staff are friendly, very attentive, it even has a beverage bar in house. It didnt take long I was guided by a technician to finish some eyes measurements. After this first procedure, I didnt have to wait long to see Dr Eubanks. I usually feel nervous to see doctors! However when I first met Dr Eubanks, I find him friendly and easy going, I felt like meeting a friend. I then felt very relax to talk to him in details re my eyes problems. Dr Eubanks explained my eyes condition. He made me understand what is cataracts. I felt good after our conversations. I confirmed to him I would choose laser assisted cataract surgery. After a few questions he told me to operate both eyes for once... I wasnt so sure at the time. He confirmed to me all of his patients had done both eyes, no need to do two operations! He has convinced me with his smile! I meant I have confidence on him already.Shirley Wo, a consultant who briefed me the procedure options, helped me to understand the package to choose. She was very efficient to go thru every steps I needed to know.On Sept, Dr Eubanks and his team did my eyes surgery. The surgery took about half an hr! I cant say thanks enough to Dr Eubanks and his team... they were fantastic, they were all professional! I was not scared at all during the surgery! The advanced technology equipment at Herzig, the care, the skills from the team, I make the right decision to choose Herzig for my eyes! I had chosen Precision Refractive Cataract surgery to have image Guided Technology with the Catalys Laser, and selected the best type of intraocular implant!In about 4 weeks, Dr Eubanks emailed me to follow up how I have been doing. He answered all my questions .. I really appreciated! I recommend Herzig for Eye!
