Customer service is impeccable. All of the nurses, doctors, administrators, etc. were friendly and guided me every step of the way for my RLE procedure. I felt at home and welcomed by everyone and not pressured to make a decision. My experience was out of this world. Hands down the best gift and decision Ive made for myself.

I appreciated that from the first appointment to the surgery it took only 2 weeks. The staff took the time to explain everything.
