Extremely efficient and professional.

very professional, staff friendly, appointment on time as per, schedule, choices of procedures and options very well explained, day of surgery procedure very well explained and procedure went smoothly, follow up works even on a Sunday the emergency staff that answered the phone provided proper advice and next day follow up. Had cataracts surgerys done a day apart which worked well for me.

I highly recommend Herzig Eye Institute. I would not have chosen any other facility to have my RLE performed. The moment you enter the clinic you know you will be well looked after from the front desk staff through to the diagnostics staff and through to the OR staff. Special thanks to Dr.Baig for his expert advice. I had options with regards to procedure and lens selection. I never felt like I was being encouraged to select one option over another. In the end, I chose to have my procedure performed using the Catalys Laser and my lens selection was the BL Envy multifocal. If you are considering having refractive surgery performed in 2026, Herzig Eye Institute is the refractive center of choice in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
