I have had three laser vision procedures done at HEI and three other family members have had their vision corrected at HEI. We are unanimous in our 110% satisfaction with the results, the care and the compassion shown by everyone at HEI from the receptionist to Dr Herzig himself. I can't imagine anybody doing it better! Excellent service from start to finish. They help calm nerves, offer a pre-massage and cookies/drinks after the procedure (I had the smile technology). Dr. herzig called me when I wanted more information and sat down to answer all of my questions before hand. Now I wish I did this earlier. No more glasses!
