Based on your selections, you may be a good candidate for cataract surgery. This test is not a medical diagnosis. A consultation at Herzig Eye Institute will determine your candidacy for cataract surgery, including which procedure will help you best achieve your vision goals. Cataract consultations are covered by OHIP in the province of Ontario. A patient services representative will be in touch to discuss the results of your self-test.
