Alright! I came to Herzig Eye Institute to get a consultatation on their laser eye correction services. This is a high end ophthalmology office, and my overall impression is positive. Their waiting space is beautiful, with large windows overlooking the Royal Ontario museum, and tea or coffee is complimentary. My appointment was at 10am, and I waited about 10 minutes before the first test was done on my eyes. About 15 minutes later, I saw the optometrist to get the consultation. He was very professional throughout, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I waited another 20 minutes or so after my first test for my pupils to get ready, before going back in for my final test. After my final test, I saw another person who gave me details about the price and such. Everything went swimmingly, but I will rate my experience 4 stars because while I was waiting, I would see staff walking back and forth, sometimes asking each other questions. The staff seemed a little bit disorganized, and for that reason it left someone to be desired. If they want their patients to be confident about letting them perform surgery on their eyes, they should present themselves in a more professional way.
