Did my Lasik here, which felt easier than getting a haircut. Fantastic staff. Everyone's friendly, patient and professional. Dr. Eubanks is my lead surgeon. They handled everything from consulting to the procedure to post-ops perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Providing 4 stars just because my post-op hasn't been the easiest, otherwise, I am so happy I chose Herzig for my SMILE surgery!Booking/leading up to surgery: I heard back from Herzig two days after my referral was sent from my optometrist (vs other clinics got back to me 3 weeks later), had a very thorough consultation (was there for 2hrs vs., other clinics told me half an hour and then will discuss results over the phone?), I got to meet my surgeon who went over my exam results with me and answered any questions, met with a consultant on financing options, booked by surgery date with ease, and received responses to my emails within an hour.Surgery day: I felt so at ease leading up to my surgery given my thorough consultation. I showed up half an hour early and they took me in immediately. From there, more exams were done, they go over your post-op eye drop schedule - I didn't have time to sit! The only waiting time was my surgeon waiting on ME when I went to grab water ha-ha! After meeting with my surgeon again, they brought me right into the surgery room. I didn't feel anything during surgery, just slight discomfort and I appreciated being walked through every step of the way. I was brought into the exam room to look at my eyes again and then I was on my way!Post-op: After experiencing some hazy vision for days, one surgeon called me to check in (which eased my mind!), my surgeon followed up afterwards, Herzig also sent more antibiotic/steroid drops after I was running low via priority mail that arrived in a day. I am still experiencing some hazy vision / difficulties seeing up-close, but my distance vision is amazing so far! I know healing will take time!Overall, I am SO thankful for this team and all that they're doing to make sure I don't feel alone in this healing process. I feel taken care of and this just speaks volumes on how professional and caring this team is. Thank you Herzig Eye Institute - I am looking forward to my vision stabilizing and a clearer future!
