Patient care at Herzig is really top notch. I was informed about all details of my lasik procedure every step of the way, so I always knew was to expect. Herzig does a great job at preparing the patient for lasik and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. All Herzig employees I dealt with were very pleasant and courteous. A+

Im just shy of 2 weeks post-op for my SMILE surgery and I cant recommend Herzig Eye Institute Toronto and Dr. Eubanks enough. At my initial consultation, Dr. Eubanks made me feel informed and at-ease about the surgery, explaining everything clearly and concisely, with the added benefit of his own personal experience, having undergone the surgery himself. On procedure day, he took me through the schedule of events for the day and was very informative and reassuring both before and during the procedure, ensuring I knew what to expect and how things are progressing - and the entire surgery took less than 15 mins total, which was amazing. Since surgery, his directions for care and check-ins have been great, with all of my questions answered as needed. For anyone on the fence about taking the plunge, I highly recommend Dr. Eubanks and the team at Herzig

This facility was extremely professional, and courteous and its expertise is unparalleled. Previously I had been on a waitlist with another eye lab for over 2 years that was lacking in all 3 categories.I healed well enough to see, better than 20-20 in both eyes within 2 days. They are all very serious about perfecting expertise and customer satisfaction. The procedure was fast and not painful as they used the latest technology.My advice is that your eyesight is something you should never jeopardize with anything less. It was well worth the money.The world looks so wonderful again.Thank you everyone at Herzig
