Fees For Personalized Custom Vision Correction
Fees for our comprehensive range of refractive surgery options range from $1200 for NearVision CK to $3000 - $3850 per eye for intraocular procedures. Our fee for laser vision correction is $2500 per eye.
Until a complimentary, thorough eye examination and consultation takes place, we won't know which procedure is right for you.
During your consultation, you’ll find our surgeons do not sell. Our surgeons make recommendations solely based upon providing you with your best possible vision. We promise you'll never be pressured into a procedure that you don't need or are not qualified for. With our strict patient selection process, we only take 88% of the clients who are examined. No compromises are made.

All Herzig Eye Institute Laser Vision Correction fees include (with no additional costs):

Our fees include our exclusive Herzig Life Time Commitment. Though infrequent, our surgeons may recommend a retreatment to further enhance your primary vision correction treatment, only if necessary. Of course, we will do it at no additional cost. Some centres which advertise low fees for some of their procedures, will charge you for enhancements and follow-up, which can actually make their prices higher. A bigger concern is when a centre advertises a low price for a procedure only to up-sell you to a more modern (and more expensive) procedure. You'll never find us doing this kind of "bait and switch" advertising.

Payment for our custom vision correction solutions are an eligible medical expense on your Canadian tax return. Please check with your accountant.

Payment is required in full on the day of your treatment. We accept payment by cash, certified cheque, debit, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If you prefer to pay in monthly installments, we are pleased to offer an easy payment plan with competitive interest rates. Please contact the Herzig Eye Institute for details.
*NearVision CK is a temporary non-surgical treatment for Presbyopia. Any follow-up procedures required in the first year are free. All subsequent CK procedures after the first year are $1,000 each.
